The community in the project areas is project to reap tremendous economical benefits directly and indirectly.
The project projected to provide employment of teachers, supporting staff of approximately 100 positions.

Stationery shall directly and indirectly improve household incomes of the surrounding communities.
The direct provision of education to over 1,000pupils and students increasing their competitiveness in job market of children in the long run improve their incomes.

The project as a matter of policy shall employ women at all levels of the project management.
The ministries or organization’s human resource policy has established an employment ratio policy of 50:50 including children recruitment and education enrollment follows the same policy, discrimination at all level is highly prohibited.
25.0 Project sustainability
The project has designed the community participation co-opted at different administrative committee levels. The voluntary labor force on communal road maintenance, communal labor provided on the project demonstrations farms, communal labor or production of construction materials making of bricks, aggregate stones, etc. The development of community participations is to ensure community project ownership, continually and sustainability.
The project has established a dual school fees structure. The project shall enroll the well to do children, paying school fees while the orphans and vulnerable children are to receive free education. This strategy is projected to raise enough money in the long-run to sustain the projects activities.
The community volunteer pool food basket in which community and members have been mobilized to provide food products especially cereals and regimes has yielded results.
Community food provision program is a way to sustain the feeding and nutrition programs.
Establishment of voluntary community pool basket food, a contribution from the community members.
Development of a community project Voluntary Team to participate in providing voluntary labor in brick-making, community communal labor on farms.
